Çağla Okutan

Çağla Okutan was completed her cinema and television education in a private university with full scholarship in Istanbul. She was assistant of Zeynep Atakan between 2019-2022. She also wrote for Arka Pencere Magazine on upcoming film & industry news for three years. Currently, she is working with Serpil Altın and Korhan Uğur and she is the director of Güzel Ordu Short Film Festival.
